  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Once your order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process and prepare your items for shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Expedited Shipping

  • Overnight Shipping

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $150 within the United States.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat fee of $10 for standard shipping on orders under $150.
  • Expedited and Overnight Shipping: Additional charges apply based on the shipping method and weight of your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier’s website or by accessing your order details on our website.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. RiriBabyGift is not responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. 8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@riribabygift.com or (417) 532-7528. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and provide a replacement or refund as necessary. Please provide photos of any damaged items to expedite the resolution process.

9. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address to ensure timely delivery of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for shipping to certain locations if delivery is not feasible or if the product is prohibited from being shipped to that area. This includes locations with a high risk of theft or damage, or where shipping specific products is restricted by law.
